In January 2023, Denise launched Dee's Laundry & Linen Service LLC with a simple mission: make laundry the last thing you worry about. As a Panama City Beach native, she knew exactly what this town runs on — tourism, hospitality, and the relentless rhythm of vacation rental turnovers.

"Laundry is annoying. If you want a beach day and need your laundry done — call me. If you're a housekeeper and need quick turnarounds — I'm your girl."

That directness, that willingness to show up and take on the thing nobody else wants to deal with, is what's made Dee's indispensable to Short-Term Rental property managers across Bay County.
